Highlight text on any page

Highlights let you mark passages worth keeping as you read - like a highlighter pen for the whole web.

Save a highlight

Select text on any page and choose Highlight in the selection popover. Pick a color, and the passage is saved (InTab can auto-generate a short title for it). Hovering a saved highlight later shows a card with Ask AI about this.

Where they live

All your highlights collect in the Bookmarks panel on the new tab, grouped by the page they came from. There you can:

• filter by color or category,
• read them aloud, copy, or jump back to the exact spot on the page,
• open the source page, and
• bulk open, copy, read, or delete.

Ask AI about a highlight

Because highlights are part of your AI context, you can pull them into the AI chat with an @ mention, or ask about one directly from its hover card.

Syncing

Highlights sync through their own service when you’re signed in. See What syncs across devices. Resetting settings does not delete your highlights or bookmarks.
